Once a client engages with Rizer Technology Solutions and completes payment, the following fulfillment process takes place:

  • Consultation & Strategy Development: After payment, we initiate a consultation to assess your needs and develop a tailored marketing strategy.
  • Project Execution: Depending on the service selected, we begin executing digital marketing campaigns, website development, or other agreed-upon services. Timelines vary based on the scope of work.
  • Ongoing Optimization & Reporting: We continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, providing regular performance reports and updates to our clients.

3. Delivery Timeframes

The delivery timeframe depends on the scope of services selected. Typical timelines include:

  • SEO & Digital Advertising Campaigns: Campaign setup and launch typically take 14-21 business days from the date of strategy approval.
  • Website Development: Custom website projects take 8-16 weeks, depending on complexity.
  • Social Media Management: Content creation and posting schedules are determined based on the agreed-upon strategy, usually requiring 14-21 days for the initial rollout.

Clients will receive updates throughout the fulfillment process, with clear timelines provided at the start of each project.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since our services involve customized digital marketing solutions, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun. However, clients may request modifications or service adjustments if deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon scope.

  • Subscription-Based Services: Clients on a monthly retainer may cancel with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Project-Based Services: Once a project is initiated, partial refunds may be considered if no significant work has been completed.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any setup fees, paid advertising costs, or third-party tool expenses are non-refundable.
